Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, accompanied by:
• All certificates (e.g., GIA/IGI)
• Original packaging and invoice
• For security reasons, items with broken or removed tamper-evident tags will not be eligible for return.

Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or bespoke designs
• Resized or engraved jewellery
• Final sale or promotional items

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after our quality inspection.
• Customers are responsible for secure return shipping, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 30 days for items of equal or greater value.
• A difference in price, if applicable, will be charged.
